01 Products and fitment

Product details and photos come from each manufacturer. Fitment depends on your exact model, year and trim, and on other upgrades fitted to your vehicle.

Ask us to confirm fitment on WhatsApp before you order. We can't accept responsibility for parts ordered without confirming fitment.

02 Prices and orders

Prices are in Omani rial. Items marked price on request are quoted on WhatsApp.

An order is confirmed only when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp, including stock, price and delivery or collection.

03 Payment

We agree the payment method with you when we confirm your order.

Qpay installments are available for orders from 1 rial up to 500 rial, subject to Qpay's approval and Qpay's own terms. Qpay, not 4x4 Wheels, decides whether to approve a plan.

04 Warranty, returns and exchanges

Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where one applies.

Contact us on WhatsApp before returning or exchanging anything, so we can agree the next step. Parts that have been fitted, modified or damaged may not be returnable.

05 Fitting

Off-road parts such as suspension, brakes and wheels should be fitted by a qualified technician. Changes to your vehicle may affect its warranty, insurance or road registration; check these before fitting.

06 Brands and content

Brand names, logos and product photos belong to their owners. 4x4 Wheels Oman is an independent retailer and is not the manufacturer of these products.

07 Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
