01 What you send us

When you message us on WhatsApp we receive your name, phone number and what you write, such as your vehicle and the parts you want. We use this only to answer you and handle your order.

02 Your cart and language

Your cart is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us until you choose to order.

We store one cookie to remember your language choice (English or Arabic).

03 Paying with Qpay

If you pay with Qpay, your mobile number, the code you enter and the plan you choose are sent to Qpay to process your installments. Your cards are stored by Qpay, not by us; we only see the masked card number Qpay shows.

04 Other services

The map on the Visit page is loaded from OpenFreeMap, so your device connects to their servers when you view it. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data.

05 How long we keep it

We keep order conversations for as long as we need them to handle your order, warranty or a dispute, and for any period the law requires.

06 Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll respond as soon as we can.
